Jacqueline Hilton is a senior attorney with Rossi Law Group with over 25 years of workers' compensation experience. During the course of her career, she has been house counsel for carriers (Zenith, Travelers, Zurich) and has worked extensively as outside counsel representing self-insureds and carriers before the WCAB. She has represented municipalities and common carriers. Jacqueline has handled all aspects of defending workers' compensation claim from inception through final resolution following post-trial appeals. She has numerous "take nothings" as well as extensive experience deposing medical providers.
Prior to focusing on workers' compensation, Jacqueline defended FELA claims for Amtrak as well as personal injury and product liability claims in both state and federal courts.
Jacqueline is admitted to practice before all courts in California as well as all four districts of the US District Court in California and the 9th Circuit.
Jacqueline received her law degree from UCLA School of Law and has a degree in mathematics from California State University, San Bernardino.
