Liz Ewert is an associate at Rossi Law Group, where she represents various self-insured employers, third party administrators, and insurance companies in workers' compensation cases.
Liz graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law with a certificate from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. During her time at Pepperdine, she served as an associate editor for the Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship, and the Law. As a participant in the Special Education Advocacy Clinic, she represented children with disabilities and their parents in disputes with school districts regarding the child's right to receive a free and appropriate public education.
As a participant in the Investor Advocacy Clinic, she handled arbitrations and mediations before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Dispute Resolution on behalf of California investors who had arbitral disputes with their securities brokers and/or brokerage firms. Finally, while working for Rossi Law Group as a law clerk during her time in law school, Liz gained valuable experience in workers' compensation and civil litigation matters.
Before moving to California, Elizabeth obtained her bachelor's degree from Indiana University.
